The skin is starting to sag around my lower jaw, the lines around my mouth are so deep and people comment on how tired I look all the time. I'm only 29 so I think this is happening premature. What would be the best way to deal with this?
Answer: Doing morpheus8 treatments can help give you a more defined and youthful look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Skin Tightening & Rejuvenation-- lasers, microneedling/prp, skin care, peels, Cosmelan, salt facial. ultherapy, ThermiRF I recommend a combination of Cosmelan, peels, salt facials, lasers or RF, sculptra for collagen building, fillers, microneedling/prp and skin care to help with skin rejuvenation and prevent aging. Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) would be non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening. Please see a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Start with Good Skin Care Thanks for your question and posting pictures. You are beautiful just the way you are. A good skin care regimen is as simple as ABC:Everyone should be using a vitamin A in a retinol. When you start out, these can irritate your skin. Start out twice a week, at night. Gradually add more nights per week and try to get to every night. If your skin becomes irritated, back off a little. Retinol or Vitamin A is deactivated by the sun.Use a good quality Broad spectrum sun screen every day. Makeup with sun screen usually isn't enough. We really like the EltaMD line of sun screen products. They are excellent quality and affordable.A vitamin C Serum helps boost collagen production to help fill in lines and wrinkles. You can use them day and night in your routine.Over the counter or department store brands may have active ingredients, but usually don't have a delivery system to get it into the skin. They are mostly filler and perfumes. Look for something like PCA (Physicians Choice Alliance) Skin at a physician's office near you. PCA recently had a ABC kit available for only $200. You won't break the bank and you will find products that actually work. After you start with the basics, you might need an occasional chemical peel or light laser resurfacing to keep your skin turning over and looking healthy. Best of luck.
