What is the best non-invasive procedure for tummy tightening? (photos)

I am a 24 year old woman with 2 small children and cannot avoid the down time. I have some (not major) sagging in my lower abdomen & would just like tighten the area. Thanks!

There are several non-invasive options for skin tightening if you are not looking to undergo surgery. Each has its pros and cons. To determine which treatment is most appropriate for you requires an in-person consultation and evaluation. Looking at your picture you will probably benefit from both a fat reduction procedure and a skin tightening procedure. I have found success using a combination of CoolSculpting and ThermiTight to achieve this. Make sure you find an experienced physician provider for a full consult. Best wishes.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

For best results with fat removal and skin tightening, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as a tummy tuck, depending on skin laxity. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the best results for skin tightening. One of the most impressive advancements for skin tightening is J plasma subdermal treatments. It is minimally invasive so 1-2 days recovery , but has more immediate/early tightening and more dramatic results than anything I have seen besides a surgical abdominoplasty. It uses cold helium plasma energy , which we have not used in cosmetic medicine, this is different than radiofrrequency , lasers,ultrasound etc .  No disfiguring scars, local anesthesia. Most other non invasive treatment options will require several sessions, have mixed results and will not provide the degree of tightening that J plasma will . I have be using the technology for the past 4 weeks and have been very impressed on it reproducible effects on multiple patients we have treated.

ThermiTight is a device that uses a small probe to tighten the skin. It’s a popular treatment for someone who is post-pregnancy looking for skin tightening.  Although its considered a non-invasive treatment, everyone recovers differently from the procedure.
