Hi, I had a neck liposuction and a sub mental chin implant placed in when I had an extensive revision rhinoplasty in December 2016 (almost 3 months) but now I am concerned it sticks out too much resulting in pre-jowel depressions on either side. Could this be due to swelling? I do not like how this is looking so far but am willing to give it 6 months before giving it the boot. If I have it removed before a year will my chin go back to pre-implant shape? I believe it's a small silicone implant.
