Without an exam your question cannot be answered. You will need to see an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon to see if othognathic surgery, genioplasty or using an implant is best for your specific case. It should be noted that patients with severely weak jaws or abnormally functioning jaws may be better treated with other facial surgery (orthognathic surgery), although a chin augmentation may be an option at a later time. These patients should seek the advice of a plastic surgeon to determine which course is right for them. Here is some information to help you make this decision: Candidates for Chin Augmentation - Patients whose chin profiles are weak but have normally functioning jaws are candidates for Chin Augmentation. Many of these candidates have used injectable fillers in the past to strengthen the protrusion of their chins, but are looking for a permanent solution. If you are one of these patients, then you are a likely candidate for chin augmentation#weakchin #chinimplant
Your overbite has a contribution to the deep labiomental crease. But assuming you are not going to change your bite through orthodontics and lower jaw advancement surgery, you have two options. The first is to do an opening sliding genioplasty to being the chin bone down. This rotates the chin pad down and this, by definition, makes the labiomental crease looks less deep. Computer imaging would be needed to see if such a chin change is aesthetically advantageous or not. The other option is to do an intraoral labiomental crease release and place a dermal-far graft to push it out. Just trying to inject fillers or fat into the crease externally will not work as the skin is tethered down.
The two are related - the overbite and the deep crease. In fact, the most natural and ideal correction would be to have orthodontics and jaw advancement surgery. The jaw rotates clockwise open and increases the height as well as the projection of the chin. Consult an orthodontist or Maxillofacial surgeon.
Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures over the past 30 years. You are correct that the mental crease is quite deep due to the chin projection. Dermal filler to soften that fold would be a good solution.Hope this helps.
Chin Implants are manufactured in a large array of sizes, thicknesses and shapes. Remember, the chin implant is placed directly over the bone which is approximately a half an inch underneath the skin, muscle, and fat in the chin area. The size of the implant matters the most, not the shape. ...

Your chin, as it is now, is a nicely proportionate and good one for you; notwithstanding it is true your chin admits a very slight anterior increase and a moderate vertical increase, by means of a two-dimensional augmentation genioplasty; this is absolutely unfeasible with accuracy and harmony...
