I am 50 years old and I had liposuction with laser "smart lipo" in the inner knee, upper thigh, and the bra areas on November 18, 2014. I am extremely disappointed that ...there are no changes at all. In fact my upper inner thighs look worse then before. My plastic surgeon keeps taking pictures to compare from before and after each visit, but there are no changes at all, and he doesn't know why. and suggested to repeat the surgery again. I have done smartlipo on many patients that are in your weight range...and they are some of my very happiest patients! It is important to set reasonable expectations. Also, smartlipo doesn't all have to be done at once! On my larger patients I will do upper and lower lipo, and then 6-8 weeks...
