My daughter has swimming lesson two weeks after my smart lipo to abdomen, flanks, back procedure. It's a baby patent class. Will I be able to get in the pool? Can I leave compression garment on?

Answer: Swimming after Smartlipo? You should be fine to get into a pool 2 weeks following surgery but you should check with your surgeon to get his/her blessing. Regarding the compression garment, this is also a discussion you should have with your surgeon. In most cases it should be fine to remove the garment for that small time during your daughters swimming lesson.

Answer: Activity after smartlipo Thanks for your question. As long as your small incisions have completely healed, that should be OK. You will be fine to hold your compression garment for a couple of hours, but would need to get back into it ASAP afterward. Make sure your surgeon is OK with that plan first. Best wishes.
