Is it possible to change my parallel eyelids to tapered eyelids? (photos)

Is it possible to change my parallel eyelids to tapered eyelids? My eyelid crease is very uneven and I have a lot of excess muscle/fat on my eyelids which I wish to rid off. I wish to correct the unevenness of my crease but also get it tapered. Is this possible or can I lower down my eyelid crease (especially from the inner corners of my eyes)?

You have very a proportional and aesthetically pleasing eyelid crease in the photo shown.It may be different when someone examines you in person. I suggest you see a plastic surgeon who can advise you appropriately. Be prepared, to be rejected for surgery as many including myself would not want to operate on your near perfect eyelids.All the best
