I’m 37, and I had upper & lower (transcutaneous) bleph 2 months ago. Since then, I’ve noticed conjunctival folds between the limbus and plica semilunaris when I gaze inwards towards my nose. Is this conjunctivochalasis? (Most articles I’ve read specify that conjuctivochalasis occurs inferior to the limbus, but mine is more medial). Also, is this sort of thing a common result of chemosis after surgery? (I.e., Does tenon’s facia commonly get loosened due to prolonged edema)? Is this degenerative?
