Dr. Morgenstern and his entire staff are wonderful people and did a fabulous job from beginning to end. A special thanks to Victoria who was always there for me when I had questions and was so caring and thoughtful. I highly recommend the Morgenstern Center.

The staff were all very friendly. They provided plenty of information regarding the procedure and answered all questions. Too early to see the full results. Currently, I am happy with what I am seeing so far, which is great because it has only been one day since the procedure and there is some swelling.

Dr. Morganstern is a perfectionist in all he does. This results in absolute excellence in all aspects of his business and client care. He listens and responds to what you want to achieve. He is clear on what the process and results will be. He has the schooling & experience to be the best. And he is.

I loved the experience I had at Dr. Morgensterns office. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Morgenstern was an absolute delight. He is a very caring individual that understands the needs of his patients. I respect his opinion, he is honest an detailed on what to expect as far as results.

I am a 40 year old mom of 2 who decided it was time for some much needed maintenance. Dr Morgenstern was recommended to me by a friend for Botox treatments. I loved my whole experience. He spent alot of time with me, explained everything completely I did not even have to ask any questions. There was no pain and my results are FANTASTIC. Everyone mentions that I look great and ask what I have been doing. I still have movement and it looks natural and my favorite part is that my forehead is smooth again. I highly recommend Dr Morgenstern.

I have been wanting to improve my appearance. Dr. Morgenstern was recommended to me by a friend. The office is very relaxing and spa like. The staff are very professional and friendly. The treatment was very easy and the results were wonderful. No pain or bruising, I would definitely recommend the Morgenstern Center for Orbital and Facial Plastic Surgery.

In my opinion the office is unorganized. After surgery I felt the Doctor blew off my concerns. He keep telling me to wait. His explanations for what happened kept changing. I paid to have eye bags removed and skin lasered to tighten it. I have an eye bag, lumps and bumps and wrinkly skin. He discussed addressing several issues and then decided to not fix anything. I paid additional money to address issues that occurred immediately after surgery that were not present prior to the procedure. I even paid a lab fee, hundreds to remove lumps that formed, and Botox. I asked for a partial refund and was told NO, yet he will not stand by his work and fix the areas of concern. I have had a few other second opinions where these Surgeons clearly see the issues and acknowledge that there are solutions. I would highly recommend getting something in writing that the doctor will agree to do a revision or fix any problems you are unhappy with.

I would highly recommend that patients do NOT see Dr. Morgenstern. Yes, the entire staff was courteous. However, the work of Dr. Morgenstern is very poor. I had fat transfer done to the upper eyelid since I did not like the hollowness in my upper eyelids. I have a very bulgy type of appearance to my eyes and I explained to Dr. Morgenstern that I wanted to get rid of the bulginess. He told me that a fat transfer would be best. It is now 3.5 months after the surgery and my eyes are incredibly uneven. At this point in time all healing is complete. I have literally had people point out to me that my eyes look uneven and if I had something done to them. My right eye has a large lump of fat in it when I raise my eyebrows. I had implants placed in the tear trough area under my eyes to get rid of the hollowness there. It still appears very hollow and dark. My left eye looks exactly the same as pre-surgery (this would be your right in the photograph here). I told the staff that I was unhappy with my result and that they are actually uneven. In response, I got an email saying "sorry to hear that, if you need your records sent elsewhere, call us." He is just out for the money. I don't believe he is talented at all or even has a passion for occuloplastic surgery as an art. I would highly recommend going elsewhere!!!! I now have to spend another $10k and a long healing time with yet another surgery to correct his mistakes! I can not express how appalled I am that he is an occuloplastic surgeon. Do NOT waste your money with him!
