I did love handles and upper and lower stomach today. I am imagining that these devices should help move out the damaged fat cells more quickly. Or should I just stick with light massage on the treated areas? thanks!

It is NOT a required step after Coolsculpting. The reason some offices do this is #1) to help clean the treatment area and #2) to help bring in more blood flow while massaging the tissue, which can help in breaking down the fat following Coolsculpting.
