Axillary breast tissue at armpit. I have two little tips at each armpit that swell during pregnancy. Left one deflated and almost disappeared but right one is very puffy and still there after 5 years.
Answer: CoolSculpting or Surgery? You need to be seen to determine which procedure is best for you. There have been great results with CoolSculpting around the armpit if your skin has good elasticity. Good luck.

Answer: CoolSculpting vs Liposuction Hi! Thanks for providing photos. You could either CoolSculpt or have SmartLipo to the axillary area. It depends on the result you are looking for. In regards to CoolScuplting I would recommend two treatments for the best results. With SmartLipo you will have a better reduction and contour since more fat is able to be removed during the procdure. CoolSculpting has no down time however SmartLipo you are looking at 3 weeks of no excerise and you must wear compression for 3 weeks post op. I would suggest you seek a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. Good luck!
