Axillary breast tissue at armpit. I have two little tips at each armpit that swell during pregnancy. Left one deflated and almost disappeared but right one is very puffy and still there after 5 years.

Hi! Thanks for providing photos. You could either CoolSculpt or have SmartLipo to the axillary area. It depends on the result you are looking for. In regards to CoolScuplting I would recommend two treatments for the best results. With SmartLipo you will have a better reduction and contour since more fat is able to be removed during the procdure. CoolSculpting has no down time however SmartLipo you are looking at 3 weeks of no excerise and you must wear compression for 3 weeks post op. I would suggest you seek a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. Good luck!
