If you've had a cesarean, wait 6 months for lipo at or around the abdomen. If not, 3 months should be sufficient for your pregnancy changes to revert back to normal. If you're breastfeeding, wait until your done before undergoing lipo.

A wait of about six months before surgery is about right.  After your child there are too many changes in your hormones and life to have early surgery.  Enjoy your child, get them to a more stable place, and work on getting yourself back  in shape, and then have your Smartlipo.

Thanks for your inquiry. I would encourage you to lose a majority of your pregnancy weight before any surgery like this. You will need to allow for some soreness & bruising after the procedure as well. If excess skin is your problem, then a tummy tuck is a better choice for you. Best wishes.
