If you've had a cesarean, wait 6 months for lipo at or around the abdomen. If not, 3 months should be sufficient for your pregnancy changes to revert back to normal. If you're breastfeeding, wait until your done before undergoing lipo.

A wait of about six months before surgery is about right.  After your child there are too many changes in your hormones and life to have early surgery.  Enjoy your child, get them to a more stable place, and work on getting yourself back  in shape, and then have your Smartlipo.

I think that it is best to get close to your pre-pregnancy weight, and give it at least 4-6 months after delivery before considering a surgical procedure.

You should wait for 6-8 months before considering a Smartlipo procedure. Your post pregnancy weight loss should be almost complete at this time. 

You should wait at least 6 months and/or when you lose weight putting you at a BMI of <26. This, of course, would be variable depending on how much you weight now. Good Luck.
