Just had smart lipo/laser on my neck 2 days ago. The surgery went great and I feel great. Then now my smile is totally crooked and one side droops down when I smile and the other side does not move. I am talking a littl weird too! I am freaking out! Is this permanent or will it go away soon? Could I still be numb, I don't feel numb? Please tell me this is normal for the first few days?? You've got large areas of dead skin probably burned by the laser. This needs to managed by an expert in burns immediately before it gets infected. See your surgeon and get referred to a specialist if he/she lacks expertise with this complication.
