Laser eCO2 and erythema?

Are there any risks in using a fairly strong erythema creams before surgery with laser eCO2 on the average depth of the scar (high laser powers). Is a few days after surgery, you can start again re-use them safely? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The CO2 laser works best when the entire area of concern is treated together. It's difficult to spot treat with this type of laser. Another laser may be more suitable to treat smaller areas. It is best to consult with a board-certified laser expert.
