Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. attractive with a sharp jawline , and better facial proportions.It is

It is important to know that there are fatty deposits loca •ted above and below the platysma muscle, and both need to be addressed and removed in order to rejuvenate the neck. Thank you for your question. Difficult to tell from this pic but generally you may benefit from laser Lipo of your neck and possibly some fat grafting of your chin and or cheeks. Of course an in person or Skype/FaceTime consult is best to see what your options are and discuss the risks and benefits.

 Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures, including Chin Augmentation with dermal fillers or silastic chin implants, for over 30 years.  Non smiling photos of your face from the front and side as shown in the attached video will help in the evaluation.   When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy, the lower face looks short, de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a "double chin".  
 Proper placement of a silastic chin implant adds forward projection to the chin thereby creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  Using the same incision, liposuction can be performed to reduce the fat and further shape the neck.  Excess skin, from below the chin, can also be removed through the same incision.  
 I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty (requires extensive tissue dissection, bone cuts and placement of metal screws and plates to secure the cut segments of bone).  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.

Based upon your photo, you may be a candidate for either neck liposuction or Kybella, which is a non-surgical solution to submental fat.  I would highly recommend you have an in person consultation with a board certified surgeon to learn whether you are truly a candidate for either procedure.  If you do proceed with one procedure or another, you may find you like the overall results and see more definition in the areas you want more feminine in appearance.
