But I am unhappy with the overall shape of my afce into my neck I feel like it has sort of a thumb shape being my upper head is more narrow than my lower I am considering neck lipo but should there be a different procedure to look into I want a more feminine looking chin and neck without the weird thumb shape of my over all face
