But I am unhappy with the overall shape of my afce into my neck I feel like it has sort of a thumb shape being my upper head is more narrow than my lower I am considering neck lipo but should there be a different procedure to look into I want a more feminine looking chin and neck without the weird thumb shape of my over all face

It is important to know that there are fatty deposits loca •ted above and below the platysma muscle, and both need to be addressed and removed in order to rejuvenate the neck.
