Internal valve collapse infrequently occurs on left side of nose on inhalation? Do I need a Latera implant or surgery? (Photos)

I have a straight nose w a slight septal deviation(not sure if having a small nose makes a difference). My turbinates are normal, sinuses healthy, blood vessels are tense due to nonallergic rhinitis(no real structural changes though during flare-ups), the main problem is my airflow feels mediocre(I rely on Breathe Right strips). The right nostril seems to normally suck in a tad too much as well (would straightening the septum fix that)? I’ve never had work done on my nose and am very scared.
