My face is long and my skull is large in general. My nose, however, for some reason is very small. Part of the problem is recessed maxilla due to mouth breathing during development. Second problem is simply genetically inherited small nose structure. Both of these things make my face look "sunken" and make my midface look small. I straightened teeth and bite with braces, but my midface and nose area still looks "sunken". What solutions are there for me?
