Yes this is certainly possible. The tip itself can be projected using suture techniques or with tip grafts. The grafting  is used from the septum. Revision surgery the cartilage usually comes from the ear or rib.

In modern rhinoplasty, we often add cartilage grafts to enhance some structures and not just remove humps and reduce nasal tips. I prefer natural sources such as cartilage from your nasal sepum, ear and/or rib. The source depends on how much we need and a frank discussion of the risks and benefits of each. Typically septal cartilage is used to raise the bridge, from the radix town to the tip, if needed. The tip itself can be projected with tip grafts, also from septal cartilage. This will give you a stronger more masculine nose
