Do I have an inverted v deformity? If not, what do you think is wrong? (photos)

There is obvious deformity of your nose. You can fix that with just fillers or surgically. Cartilage can be trimmed from the tip and placed where the depression is.

An inverted v deformity can often be corrected by improving the gap between the bones and septal/upper lateral cartilages. This may require grafting and/or osteotomies, or dorsal onlay as well. Hard to say without an exam.

Thanks for your question. Looking at your photos, I see your concern. It does look like there is a mild inverted V deformity, especially on the left side. This can happen after a dorsal hump reduction. This could be corrected with some additional cartilage grafting and possibly breaking the bone. Exactly how all this would be accomplished would depend on your exam. Wether or not you chose to go to the same doctor should be based how comfortable you feel with the surgeon and your interactions with him/her throughout this process . Complications do happen to all of this, and does not mean the doctor is not trust worthy. But in the end, it is your decision. I hope this helped and good luck!

Yes, you do have an inverted "V" deformity.Seeing pre-ops is best, but this typically occurs from over-reducing the upper lateral cartilages.How is your breathing?With a comprehensive evaluation functionally and aesthetically, a surgical goal can be obtained. Hope this helps

concern and agree with your assessment.
After 4 years what you see is what you get with rhinoplasty.
The deformity is just a discontinuity between the bone and the softer
structures of the nose.
There is hope. It can be corrected by bridging things with
cartilage, filling the gaps.
Finally, make sure that you have a
consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in revision
rhinoplasty. Revision rhinoplasty is a different animal, when it comes to acing
the outcome that you are looking for.

You do have an inverted V deformity which is usually corrected osteotomies and cartilage spreader grafts. Your pictures are out of focus on my computer but critique your whole nose when consulting re a revision rhinoplasty.
