I had fillers done so I currently have that look, but soon I'll have to redo it because it is every year. I heard if I get cheek implants it'll just widen my face, and my face is already wide from the jaw implants I received. How exactly can I get that model look with their cheekbones popping out aka Johnny Depp or male models without widening my face, and have it permanently? I don't want to keep redoing fillers every year. It's costly. Any suggestions?

Custom cheek implants would need to be designed using a 3D CT scan with the knowledge of the location of the filler effects. No standard type of cheek implant is going to work for your cheek augmentation needs.
