I already have a wide face? How exactly can I get that model cheekbone look permanently?

I had fillers done so I currently have that look, but soon I'll have to redo it because it is every year. I heard if I get cheek implants it'll just widen my face, and my face is already wide from the jaw implants I received. How exactly can I get that model look with their cheekbones popping out aka Johnny Depp or male models without widening my face, and have it permanently? I don't want to keep redoing fillers every year. It's costly. Any suggestions?

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Cheek implants can help many patients achieve a permanent result they desire.  Your facial bone anatomy will need to be carefully analyzed in person before an operative plan can be considered.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Implants or fat would be a permanent option for cheek augmentation. Harvesting is important for successful transfer. I use gentle water-assisted harvesting to get the most viable fat to transfer. 2. Angular jaw/chin. Neck/chin liposuction. Sometimes botox, filler, kybella can be used to define the area
3. Indented cheeks. surgical removal of malar fat fat. 
4. Prominent chin/jaw- chin/jaw implants. 
Some of these procedures are best done by dermatologists and some others by plastic surgeons.

If you are getting your desired look by injectable fillers then it is encouraging that special designed cheek implants may be able to achieve the desired effect on a permanent basis. Custom cheek implants would need to be designed using a 3D CT scan with the knowledge of the location of the filler effects. No standard type of cheek implant is going to work for your cheek augmentation needs.

The malar area is the most projecting part of the midface skeleton. It is what we consider the "cheekbone." Prominent malar bones are considered attractive. Hence, the malar area is frequently augmented with implants. Oftentimes, a deficiency in cheek prominence is part of a more generalized deficiency in the midface skeleton. For that reason, malar (cheek) implants are often used in combination with other implants - most frequently, with infraorbital rim implants, which build up the area directly beneath the eye.

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, facial implants (cheek, chin), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  Following my beauty principles, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles.  Silastic cheek implants, in my experience and humble opinion, remain the "gold standard" are the best permanent method of augmenting the cheeks in an aesthetic and naturally, attractive manner.  If you re interested in model type, dramatically shaped cheeks this can be accomplished with placement of the proper size, shaped silastic cheek implants in the hands of an experienced Cheek Implant Surgeon.  It's untrue that cheek implants broaden the face.  It is true that if cheek implants are placed too far off to the sides (the outside of the cheeks) this will tend to broaden or widen the face which is why in my opinion this isn't proper placement of cheek implants. Permanent fillers and fat transfer in my opinion have far too many unwanted side effects and are far less reliable at providing reliable and lasting augmentation than using an off the shelf dermal filler (provides temporary effects) or silastic implants (provides permanent results).Hope this helps.
