If you have low cheekbones can you get high cheekbones with enhancement or can you enhance low cheekbones?

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Your cheek bones could likely be enhanced with either a filler such as volume or fat grafting or with malar implants.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

To give an accurate evaluation, I would need to see your face without smiling. Cheekbones can be enhanced with facial fillers that last from a year to two in a simple office visit. More permanent augmentation can be achieved with surgical cheek implants. Buccal fat removal will reduce fullness below the cheekbone in the mid-face. A personal exam would be best to determine the best treatment.

Filler can be used to enhance the high cheekbone or the low cheekbone (submalar space). Implants can also be surgically placed for a more permanent result. These can be chosen based on where you want the cheek area to be volumized (low or high) or can be fully customized based on a CT scan.

While there are techniques for moving the cheekbones, the simpler and more reliable method is by using cheek implants. But not just any cheek implant will do. You need a designed cheek implant that specifically augments just the malar area in a linear fashion back along the zygomatic arch.
