There is no contraindication to sclerotherapy for knee spider veins following same side hip replacement. I would recommend waiting one month post hip replacement before starting sclerotherapy and also be sure that you are fully mobile.

It is hard to predict with certainty. However, most likely there would be additional superficial veins that may or may not require treatment. There should not be any issues with deep veins.
Veins in this area are usually called angular veins and are very difficult to treat because these veins drain directly into the brain (cavernous sinus) and treatment of these veins carry potential risks for damage to the ophthalmic veins or cavernous sinus. I would recommend no treatment.
