The last couple of months my forehead veins seem to be getting worse. Any time I smile lately, they all pop out! The main vein has always popped out but now they are all starting to connect when flared out. It’s to the point when I lay on my side I feel pressure in my head and truly gives me a headache so I’m forced to lay on my back. Please see the picture below- I took three standing and three bent over for only 5-10 seconds. Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated! Please and thank you!

It is hard to predict with certainty. However, most likely there would be additional superficial veins that may or may not require treatment. There should not be any issues with deep veins.
Veins in this area are usually called angular veins and are very difficult to treat because these veins drain directly into the brain (cavernous sinus) and treatment of these veins carry potential risks for damage to the ophthalmic veins or cavernous sinus. I would recommend no treatment.
