My facial spider vein looks worse after laser treatment, should I try Thermocoagulation instead? (photo)

It can often take more than one treatment to get the desired results.  My preferred treatment for veins such as the ones shown in the photos is VeinGogh ohmic thermolysis

It has been my experience that facial veins are difficult to treat long term.  If topical laser did not work then I would use micro needle radio frequency and I would only do a section at a time.  In general, the smaller the vein the more difficult it is to treat.
