Veins in this area are usually called angular veins and are very difficult to treat because these veins drain directly into the brain (cavernous sinus) and treatment of these veins carry potential risks for damage to the ophthalmic veins or cavernous sinus. I would recommend no treatment.

I treat forehead vein with sclerotherapy. I used microphlebectomy in the past but rarely use it at all anymore. The vein can be treated by sclerotherapy and botox may help to even out the irregularities.
