It can often take more than one treatment to get the desired results.  My preferred treatment for veins such as the ones shown in the photos is VeinGogh ohmic thermolysis

I treat forehead vein with sclerotherapy.  I used microphlebectomy in the past but rarely use it at all anymore.  The vein can be treated by sclerotherapy and botox may help to even out the irregularities.

Hello and thank you for your question.  Veins in the lips can usually be successfully treated with either IPL (such as the Icon MaxG) or laser (such as the Icon 1064 laser).  They may take several treatments to successfully resolve.  So there is hope.  I would recommend...
