I have these rolls on my arm which I don't know what they're called. What could I do to get rid of them? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your history and pictures. Arm rolls are often congenital, and you likely had these from a young age. To address them:
Liposuction: This can reduce fat surrounding the rolls, making them less prominent.
Fat Grafting: Fat can be added into the crease to "fill in" the valley, harmonizing the arm's contour.
Z-Plasty: If the above methods aren't sufficient, an incision can be made over the roll, and then reshaped into a Z-pattern to reduce the roll's appearance. This, however, leaves a visible Z-shaped scar.

Thank you for your question and photos.  Constricting bands such as the ones shown are seen with uneven weight gain and tethering of arm tissues.  An arm lift with liposuction can help but will not resolve the issue completely.  Consult with a surgeon to discuss further.

Hello ! Thanks for sending the picture. It looks like you have a band of tighter skin that makes the crease-- and often times this is present at birth. Sometimes it gan go all the way around, and other times it stops. The fat is accentuated above and below this band.You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for this, since the band may need to be addressed with plastic surgery techniques.Good Luck.
