3 questions: Lying on my stomach for massages, concerns for mammogram and shoot pains in breasts. 1 year post-op.

Be Kind.  I appreciate your concern, but after one year, you should be clear to do just about anything. Mammograms are commonly performed after breast augmentation, but you should let your technician know that you have had this procedure as there are several techniques to image your entire breasts even though implants are in place. They will not be damaged by this procedure.  Intermittent shooting pains can sometimes occur and our secondary to nerves reattaching and you should not worry.  You can have massage and do pretty much anything,  enjoy the new you.  If you still have doubts, it is always best to check in with your plastic surgeon.Good luck.

Hello, thank you for your question. I do appreciate your concerns which are shared by the vast majority of patients. After 1 year from breast augmentation with silicone implants, it is absolutely fine to lye on your stomach and have a full body massage, as is having a mammogram. 
Shooting pain now and then is also normal if there are no other signs or symptoms. It happens particularly once a month just before your period.
