What could be causing a rash near my incisions?

Hi im 5 weeks post op a couple of days ago my incisions became itchy the glue started to peel off I noticed a red rash, there is no discharge but seems irritated It has been hot here so I wondered if it was heat rash or perhaps my post surgery bra had been irritating the skin now the glue has almost all gone now I’m worried it might be a infection Due to work and the upcoming bank hol I can’t get to see my ps but I do have the number for out of hrs hops any advice is appreciated
