I was flat after full TT, I have a seroma that's being treated, is my TT ruined now? Upper abs seem wayy bigger than b4. (photo)

I'm having the seroma drained weekly, today was 75cc... Last week 100 cc and the week before 150. So it's getting better. The thing is, I was reallly flat. I pulled some scar tissue but no major issues. I know it's early to tell, but my stomach has like an indent directly in he middle that kind of divides my stomach in two. Feeling a little down about it.my upper abs are so full now. It feels hard and is bigger before surgery. Please say that this is swelling. Some days in the morn it's smaller
