I was flat after full TT, I have a seroma that's being treated, is my TT ruined now? Upper abs seem wayy bigger than b4. (photo)

It is impossible to say for sure without physically examining you. Yes, it is possible that this is a seroma or fluid collection. However, it is also possible that your stitches pulled through in the upper abdomen. This would be the area where your "internal girdle" was sewn to tighten up your torso. If those stitches broke or pulled through, that area then could become loose and bulge in comparison with the lower abdomen. Again, it is difficult to say without examining you. It sounds like you are making progress with a decrease in the volume that is removed.  These seromas will usually resolve after several weeks and several aspirations.  They are fairly common and should not affect the final result.  

A seroma is a frequent complication of tummy tuck.  Once the seroma is gone, your tissues will spring back to the way they were after the tummy tuck.  Be patient and discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.
