Dr Rosenberg performed breast augmentation and lipo of the stomach for me. The lipo was done to correct the dissatisfying results from a previous BBL. The augmentation was done because I wanted boobs. I was a bit apprehensive about going through another procedure, because I suffered so much pain after the BBL. The healing process from the BBL was excruciating in my torso, and I got fat necropsy in one area from the fat transfer to my buttocks, for which I ended having to go see Dr Rosenberg I am oh so glad I decided to go through with the procedure with Dr Rosenberg. First of all, his staff was the best at answering questions and making me feel comfortable on the the day of surgery. Secondly, I recovered in no time at all. I was back to myself in less than a week. AND, last but not least, he fixed the pouches of fat on my abdomen that we’re tormenting me. I would recommend Dr Rosenberg to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. He is amazing!
Wow! Where do I begin. I am 35yrs old, 5’7, 140lbs, 34a, and have a wider set chest. I have been researching this breast augmentation for about 10 years now, and I have been researching my PS for about 5years. I’ve met previous patients and probably seen every before and after photos of every procedure he’s ever done that I could find. All these years and all the websites(reviews etc.) I’ve only seen two reviews that were not five stars and that wasn’t for anything he did but rather what He wouldn’t do I believe. His work speaks for itself! Aug 5th I had my consultation and it was exciting. First I wanna say how awesomely covid-cautious the office was. Upon walking in the building I was greeted in the entryway with a smile and a COVID-19 questionnaire to fill out before entering the main office area. My temperature was read and I was cleared to go and check in at front desk with Mary. All the staff are very polite, attentive and soft spoken. I was given routine paperwork to fill out which only took about 5min to complete. Within 15min I was called back by Kirstin and within five min of sitting in the very clean and cozy consulting room, Dr.Rosenberg was in to discuss my goals questions and concerns. I literally had a whole sheet of questions and concerns to which he answered all with complete candidness. I only showed him “wish-pics” of ladies He himself has treated with BA. I made sure that they were within my body’s measurements so I could expect and visualize something unrealistic. I absolutely feel as though I correctly conveyed my goals during our discussion. I explained that I love side boob and that I didn’t want them very high!(I know I’m picky). Dr. Rosenberg understood me and he definitely should as this surly wasn’t his first rodeo.lol I was then given a little privacy along with a very pretty cozy cotton-fabric(not paper) robe so I could remove my tops for assessment of breast’s and measurements but still have the security of coverage for the in between moments. So right after measurements we started to try on different implants in the mirror. This is where I got really nervous for some reason. I’m grateful for his lovely assistant Kirstin as well as she is sweet. She helped me into a very comfortable soft garment sizer bra that along with the robe I get to keep for after surgery!(I love that!). We then began the fun part..the part I was prepared for right?!? You know, trying on the implants. I was gonna see myself as I always wanted. I had positions and poses I was planning on doing to see me in all angles and different clothing! Well all that went out the window.lol I was soooo nervous y’all and extremely embarrassed about my flat chest. So much that I was rushing through the whole process. I didn’t do anything I planned on. I would like put an implant in look in mirror for two seconds and go “sure”.lol! I had never seen breasts on me before so I was happy to see any enhancement at the moment! I felt like I was stuffing my bra in front of someone and I forgot to do any of the positions or movements I planned to do to see how I look during different situations ya know lol. I was too shy to do that in front of staff. So I stopped at 510cc, but I already know I want bigger. I have a very flat chest and wide-set cleavage area and I’m going under the muscle so I think I need a little more to achieve the look I want! Why did I get soo nervous guys? I’m not usually like that. I want to do the sizers again to be completely sure! I know cup size pretty much varies and is usually irrelevant in implants but if I were to say a size...I would say I want roughly a size DDD results!Besides my own rushing of sizers, I am very excited to go back, settle on a size with doctors approval and hopefully get surgery scheduled for next month! Best Wishes to us all! Oh yeah, aside from cc’s, PS said we’d be using;Mentor,Moderate-Plus,Silicone-Gel,Smooth-Round implant going Under the muscle with an inframammary incision. Has anyone else had this “sizer-anxiousness” where you didn’t go as high as you wanted? I’m paying good money for a great Plastic Surgeon and I just want to be happy with my size afterwards! One of my main fears aside from health risks is not going big enough! If anyone thinks I should change anything feel free to advise. Thank you -Katey Updated on 8 Aug 2020: -Long-Post- Wow. So this is exciting! I recently went to my consultation appointment at the Plastic Surgery Center Of Maryland, PA. Let me start by saying the scheduling process was a breeze. It wasn’t even 2weeks from initial call date. I noticed upon arrival that they were COVID-19 cautious, which is awesome! So before you can even walk into the main building they have a whole setup right inside their separate entryway. I was met by a pleasant face behind a desk equipped with a bottle of sanitizer, a COVID questionnaire and a forehead thermometer. After I filled out the COVID questionnaire and my temp was read, I was then able to go through the second door into the waiting area. I checked in with a lovely lady at front desk for my appointment. I then waited in a lovely waiting room approximately 15min at most before I was called back. All the ladies were very beautiful and soft spoken. She took me into consulting room and just as she said, Surgeon was in about 3min later. I had a whole sheet of questions and concerns, he answered them all. I explained to him what I would like to achieve and showed my “wish pics”. All were of breast augmentations performed by He himself. I made sure to only look at women with my statistics. After some discussion about the types, shape, feel, incision and muscle placement, etc. of different breast implants. He then left the room so I could remove bra and put a comfy quilted Cotten(not paper) robe for top half assessment. The Dr. returned with his assistant and he read my measurements off to her(wish I remembered them). I was so nervous for some reason, I believe it was excitement induced! I used to get like that for presentations and incidents as such. It eventually subsided and I remembered some of my extra questions about the possibility of nipple stretching and the pectoral-deformity-animation thingy that can happen with under the muscle implants. My Surgeon made me feel confident that I conveyed my goals to him thoroughly. I even told him how I, unlike other women LOVE a little sideboob! After the taking of the measurements, the assistant and myself were left to play “boobie-dress-up”:)! I loved it! Although, because I am so insecure about myself I didn’t fully explore all of my options and do think I want one more time with the sizers before surgery just to fully be sure! I wasn’t uncomfortable by them or anything..more like embarrassed kinda, I felt like I was stuffing my bra in front of someone lol. So I really was fast with it and then also from me being so flat-chested, any cup size looked great to me at the time. I’m gonna do my own rice bags (thanks to this site;) because I kinda wish I could literally “sleep on it” lol. I wanna walk around the house and look in the mirrors while I’m doing certain movements that whilst in the the docs office I was too shy to do in front of someone(hehe). So rice bags will hopefully give me a better idea of what’s too much or what’s not enough in different outfits and such. We currently have chosen a 510cc/moderate-plus/round/silicone-gel/crease-fold incision/under the muscle. However, I hope to go just a bit larger as going under the muscle will cover a portion of my upper pole and I don’t want high sitting breast that are same size on top pole as bottom pole. I want the bottom to buckle out more than the top like the teardrop shape, but not so much as flat at the slope like with the teardrops..(I know I’m picky lol). However, I am extremely excited either way and I will gladly be updating throughout my “midlife body journey”. Since this is already a long post, I wanna just say lastly that I couldn’t have been more pleased with the structured environment and staff. The whole staff was so warming and welcoming, soft-spoken and attentive! Communication has NEVER been a problem with this office. I am interested in a few procedures actually but first is my BA! I’ve been researching this procedure since I was 18 and have been researching my Dr.for past 5years. I’ve been to consultations before with other “billboard Doctors” and truly never felt comfortable enough afterwards to actually schedule the procedure. I’m 35 now, 5,5/140lbs/34A. I have two children and done counting-[^~^]- I am getting married in June 2021 and I am ready to have some “Tata’s”;). I knew I wanted to wait till I was done developing, done having children, done breastfeeding and in shape from baby weight. I wanted to ensure the most beautiful looking results possible for me are to come. I want to be happy with my results and not pick myself apart like I’ve been warned will happen if I have problem areas still after surgery. Also, I don’t wanna be regretful I didn’t go big enough! That’s truly one of my biggest fears. So I’m finally ready! I’m in the best shape of my life (in my eyes), I’m not getting any younger and I’ve literally lived half my life flat chested. Enough is enough already! I’m going to document my entire journey on here tho! Hopefully someone can use me as a reference if you are relatively same build and want to or don’t want to achieve my look! Either way I hope this helps. Best wishes to us all! Updated on 16 Aug 2020: Hey friends So I went and bought a bra just like the one my PS office gave me during my consult when trying on sizers. For some reason the one in office was more snug and felt secure. I’m pretty sure I got same size, but I wouldn’t bet on my memory with your money..lol! So I took my nylon stocking, cut it. I then measured out 535cc of rice and put I in the stocking, tie in knot and used the weight of a casserole dish(hehe) to flatten and widen them out. Finally placed sizers in my bra directly adjacent to the nipple like an implant normally would be. This is so much like the actual implant it’s wild. I had fun taking these photos! With that said.. I am very excited about my BA! I am also ecstatic I found this site!! I truly send out my best wishes & hopes for a speedy recovery and a positive result for us all! Updated on 16 Aug 2020: All women with same angled rib cage, same stats roughly, and same desired result!! Oh yeah..and by my PS!! Hopefully we can get close to this! He has 33 years experience and is double-board certified. I feel as though his reconstruction skills will def pour into his cosmetic skills to fix me! I trust him! Updated on 19 Aug 2020: Hi everyone, So I originally had booked for September 10th, but my fiancé’s cancer surgery had gotten pushed back twice due to blood count complications. I def had/need to be able to take care of him a few days each time the tumors are removed. We just went through one surgery and have the last one scheduled for September 15th. To be on the safe side I booked for October 5th. WE ARE SO EXCITED!!! I actually told him we could wait longer but he said “absolutely not”.lol (I think he really wants me to get them too). Secretly tho, seven years and he’s never complained. But I have..I am turned way off by my own breasts, so intimately deprived we are. I know breasts aren’t supposed to change me, but I kinda hope in my case they do!! Annnnnnd I’m super indecisive and I keep thinking I’m gonna be too small. I don’t wanna play it safe and end up sorry. (I know that’s not the correct saying;) I love looking on the “boob-sites” we call them here at my house. Y’all are soo helpful, The Plastic Surgeons are promptly with responsive advice/opinions lol. I am grateful. Thank you! Can’t wait to graduate from the “Itty Bitty Titty Commity”!! Updated on 27 Aug 2020: Hey Friends, Found some checklists from a Plastic Surgeons website. It’s very informative and if there’s anything I need to know please tell me..I am getting extreme anxiety over not being fully prepared. Updated on 7 Oct 2020: Ok gals, I’m excited, yet nervous, ready, yet not ready, eager, yet anxious. You get my drift :). I’m all things combined at this point! Part of me is ready to postpone and the other part is hoping for a cancellation that would get me in sooner >^*+*^>!! I’m having a Bilateral SubPectoral Breast Augmentation silicone round. I’m 5’7 145lbs 34a pre-op hoping for DDD/E ;) xoxo Updated on 30 Oct 2020: So this is day three not counting the operation day this is the first day we get to see them I am so happy with my results and I know they only gonna be getting bigger & better from here????’ Thank you ladies for giving me support throughout this whole process and I hope to continue to receive advice from my fellow boobbabes out there!! Good Luck to us All. Updated on 31 Oct 2020: Stats: 550cc Mod+ Mentor silicone gel round implant. No pain meds only Tylenol and Ice!! No issues but that I wish my body coulda took more..lol No matter what I’m gonna love them! I refuse to have regrets Updated on 4 Nov 2020: Ok, so everything is going so good so far and boy am I grateful!! I haven’t been on here much due to personal issues. However, I am gonna do my weekly posts for the “drop and fluff” progress! Thank you all for your support, were only just beginning so.... Updated on 6 Nov 2020: From the moment you meet your staff to the moment they are rolling you out to your car after recovery, everything is so aesthetically rewarding! I was feeling ashamed for going there you know you feel worried you’ve spent this money you don’t know what’s gonna happen and I totally felt taking care of, I felt comfortable, I trusted my whole staff, I trusted my PS completely!! I trusted my anesthesiologist and everything went beautifully! I would totally do this again(hehe) I never even expected to be this happy so soon?! I’m just thankful I did my research and chose quality over quantity! Not one regret! Updated on 10 Nov 2020: Hello everyone! I recently started my body journey with a breast augmentation of 550cc Mentor Silicone Memory-Gel Mod+ Smooth-Round Implants. At the moment they are still popping locking & dropping..hehe;() We are eagerly awaiting the fluff tho! Xoxo Updated on 19 Nov 2020: So happy that I did this we all know the recovery has its ups and downs in both booby and pain aspects LOL! However I am very glad I took this journey and I just cannot wait to get off at the last stop! My right boob is hurting more and dropping less, so I’m starting massaging on that boob only. My other one is so nice and good tho..
I am 2 weeks post op from my mommy makeover. I couldn't be more pleased with my results so far. Dr. Rosenberg and his nurse Kirsten are AMAZING. I would highly recommend them. I am SO excited with my new shape and I am still pretty swollen. It will only get better.
Honestly I just woke up one day and was like I’m gonna research this and go for it. Running kinda drained my boobs a little bit so they weren’t as perky as a 25 year olds [RS bleep] should be, and so many people thatve had them for years say they never regretted a second. I don’t do things I regret, whether it be tattoos, education, careers, moving etc. so I knew it was going to be a solid choice. My doc did awesome. I went from a 36 B to a 36 DD. Updated on 10 Apr 2019: I guess I should add I am 5’ 8” 160 lbs more muscular frame. I knew I wanted bigger. The consult went smooth. They take before pictures and explain the difference types of implants. Then they let you play with different sizes and figure out the look you want. The consult is free but if our schedule and put a down payment you get money off. Super worth it. Super happy.
Where do I begin. Please be patient with me as this whole social media thingy isn't really my thing! Ok so I'll start with the fact that Dr. Rosenberg and his staff have are WONDERFUL! They are attentive and caring. Every question I've asked and additional consult I've asked to have they have responded to with a level of customer service and Professionalism of SUPERIORITY. I sing their praises as I was nervous, scared and not all together certain of my decision to move forward with some things. Dr. Rosenberg's disposition was not pushy or anything of the sort. Caring and kindness were my take-a-ways as I made my decision Dr. Rosenberg was going to be my provider of care. Updated on 14 Aug 2018: I realized that I forgot to include that in addition to the BR that was done by Dr. Rosenberg. I also had a Tummy Tuck with Lipo and Muscle Repair. Again the office has been wonderful and so far I will say it has been worth it! Updated on 13 Oct 2018: Just a few pics of my post op journey recovery. Loving my results. I still get swollen at night and will still wear my compression garment or something similar which is more comfortable. I'm looking forward to 6 mos. PO as I understand I will really see my true results.
I found Dr. Rosenberg through online searching. He had great reviews on all websites such as Realself, Vital, and Yelp. He was the second doctor that I met for consultation. When I met him and got the code, I thought I may be able to find better doctors or better price. I was wrong. If I knew he was offering me the best price for the best service, I would not bother to waste my time to even look for other doctors. Nobody can beat his prices, and he still provides excellent service. He may not explain everything in detail in your fist office visit, you may not see him for second time before surgery, and his staff may not give you the break down prices like other doctors do, but still great service for the price. Every time I called, Kirsten was helpful, front staff were polite and all my questions were answered. Office visits after surgery were all excellent experience. Waiting time is short and staff are all professional. The results of my tummy tuck were excellent. Doctor Rosenberg discovered that I have Endometrioses during my surgery, He got samples and send it to laboratory, and followed up with my Gynecologist. Although it was not a big deal, he made sure to talk to my Gynecologist and discuss his observation.
Recently got a breast augmentation done with Dr. Rosenberg. All of the staff were fantastic and I never felt like my needs weren’t being met. I’m eight weeks out from my surgery and have no regrets. The manner in which my follow-up appointments post-op were conducted was also appreciated; any questions I had were always patiently answered. I am a small person and got smaller implants and couldn't be happier with the results! Go for a consult!!!!
After having my daughter in 2010 I have worked out for 6 years and I have been unable to restore my stomach no matter what workout or exercise I've done. I've tried everything. Someone close to me suggested a tummy tuck so I began doing extensive research. I came across Dr. Rosenberg and I was impressed at his work. Unlike other doctors who seem to care about popularity, I admired his professionalism and seriousness so I decided on him. I will post updates and share my story as it happens. Will update pictures weekly. Updated on 15 Jan 2017: 5 days tomorrow and I feel like a sausage. I've prepared myself mentally for this stage so I'm not shocked but just hoped it wouldn't happen to me. But like expected I'm assuming I'm just very swollen. No bowel movement yet so I'm thinking that's playing into the additional tightness and firmness. My drains are draining well so no worries there, I cannot WAIT until it comes out!!!! I'm being patient because I know with this procedure the final result does not happen overnight. I have no concerns right now, having the drain removed on Weds, along with my 2nd post op. I'll stay up to date. Oh by the way I HAVE been wearing the undergarmet the doc gave me 24/7, only taking it off just a few times. Updated on 15 Jan 2017: These were my 1st follow up Day 2 Updated on 18 Jan 2017: I prepared myself for " swell hell " but is this a normal swelling or possible Seroma? The drainage has been normal and slowing down, scheduled to have the drain removed tomorrow. So I'll ask many questions then but Is this normal? Updated on 20 Jan 2017: So the last two days I've been drinking lots of water and noticed the swelling has gone down a lot. Gotta keep drinking my water!. There is still the normal hardness ( due to the swelling ) and I am able to stand straight but a lot of pain in my back. Off the narcotics completely now for about 4 days. Only taking Advil or Tylenol for pain, it's working enough. It's better than feeling nauseous all the time so I'll take it. Had my second Post Op yesterday to remove drain. Everything looks great!! The incision was almost invisible!!! The best one I've ever seen, let's hope it stays that way. I'm usually a great healer since I donot smoke. Updated on 22 Jan 2017: Updated on 23 Jan 2017: Updated on 6 Feb 2017: I can officially sleep in my bed now without that much discomfort. I've started getting lymphatic drainage massages to help with the tightness. My incision still looks PERFECT, everyone keeps telling me how they can't even see it. Dr Rosenberg did an AMAZING job!!!! Here's a few updated pics Updated on 8 Feb 2017: Just an update of how far I've come Pre-Op to Week 4. Today I returned back to the gym. Doing light cardio. I did 20mins on the elliptical and some walking on the treadmill. It went surprisingly well however I am used to be being able to do 45-60mins on the treadmill, 45mins on bike and light weights. I would not recommend someone with no experience in working out to start at week 4 but I did great. I let my body tell me when to stop, felt absolutely no pain, just gotta get my breathing under control. Must haves during my entire experience 1) A recliner ( makes getting up and walking and sleeping a LITTLE bit easier 2) A grabber ( get these at Walmart/tractor supply company/home depot ) for grabbing things off the floor you can't reach without anyone else there 3) Lots and Lots of pillows for back support 4) Tylenol ( for when you stop taking the pain meds and you want to transition off of them 5) Big mirror ( because of the swelling you will feel pregnant and big as a house ) Iooking in the mirror everyday and taking progress pics really kept my positive attitude going. You will feel WAY different than how you look!!! 6) Comfy Pants/shorts ( I personally wanted to keep all tight fitting clothes tucked away for weeks because you do not want anything tight up against a healing scar ) So far so good 7) Binder/faja/waist trainer - although some PS say you don't need to wear one. I personally feel like it helps ALOT. It makes walking around alot easier, it also makes me feel more comfortable. 8) Massager - If you can't afford having massages then this is a great alternative and in between to help reduce the tightness. Be careful around your incision area. Updated on 25 Feb 2017: So when I don't wear my garmet and I do alot of physical activity during the days I'm still pretty swollen at night. Usually in the morning I'm smaller. Pics above are from mid afternoon. My incision is healing GREAT. No issues at all. I have been getting lymphatic treatments ( massages )once a week so that is really helping with the tightness. Also making sure I'm stretching often. I taped my incision for the first three weeks and then after that. No special care at all. I'm finding ( similar to my c-section scar ) the more you leave it alone, the better it heals. Belly button is PERFECT. Considering having a boob reduction next year and more lipo done. MAYBE. Updated on 13 Mar 2017: I'm doing great!! I'm back to normal. Can still feel the swelling but Its slowly going away. I've been working out everyday. I'm extremely happy with my results but I could still loose a few pounds in my arms and my legs so I'm working on that at the gym. Looking forward to putting a bikini on this summer!! I've been keeping up with all my post op appointments and Im doing great each time. I can't rave enough about Mr. Doctor!! Im super happy I chose him and this surgery was worth every cent. Eveeytime I go in I see the doctor and the same nurse and she is the BEST!!!! I'll have to remember her name next time. Updated on 20 Mar 2017: Working out definitely helps your results!! Updated on 29 May 2017: So I've been busy with vacations and what not. I've finally had a chance to get back to my normal routine and I feel great. Some days I forget that I even had a tummy tuck until I look down :). Although if I'm sitting for a long period of time the tightness and pressure is noticable when I stand so I'm trying to stay physical all day other than sleeping and naps. Here are some updated pics. I'm back to working out everyday, still trying to lose these arms and thighs. My next pics will be in July and I'll be posting my first bikini pics EVER!! Please excuse the mess in the pics. Have not finished UN packing. Also, in Disney I was able to walk atleast 7 miles a day for a week NO problem. Updated on 21 Jun 2017: Finally back to my pre-baby body!!! And looking forward to getting even better than that! Updated on 9 Sep 2017: So I survived the summer eating craziness. Worked out for most of the summer and managed to maintain and lose a little. This pic is a flashback of last year ( before surgery ) and right now Updated on 27 Oct 2017: Dropped a few lbs Updated on 11 Mar 2018: It’s been a year and 2 months since I’ve had my surgery and I’m proud to say that not only have I maintained my weight but I have also lost about 16 more pounds. My tummy is still perfect. No extra skin Updated on 11 Mar 2018: Updated on 22 Mar 2018: I’ve lost 13lbs. The tummy tuck gave me the confidence to get back in the gym and give it everything I got. Here are pics of me 1 year before surgery, Post surgery, and 1 year after surgery WITH additional weight loss. Losing weight and staying fit WILL make the results ALOT better. Updated on 3 May 2018: I’ve lost about 25lbs since the surgery. Pics below. Ready for the summer. I workout 3/4 days per week and started eating healthier 3 months ago. I could have had these results last year if I were able to stick to a healthy diet AFTER surgery. It’s true you will not see the best results right after surgery. Have patience!! I don’t wear any type of faja or waist trainer or drink tea. I eat healthy and stay in shape and boom, better results!! The tummy tuck helped me gain back my confidence to get physical again and also helped tremendously with the extra tummy I had after having a baby 8 years ago. Updated on 29 Aug 2018: Updated on 19 Dec 2018: Motivation was to lose extra skin to boost confidence to get back to a normal fitness regimen. Outcome - It worked. My body speaks for itself. I get compliments on Dr. Rosenbergs work by my other doctors and professionals as well. He is a true professional throughout the surgery and his team are excellent at taking care of you afterwards. If my body wasn’t already perfect I’d have more work done but they made it perfect :) #happypatient
I've been trying to get a tummy tuck for years and when I met Dr. Rosenberg I knew he was the one! Though the procedure is painful it was worth it. I have lots of healing to do however, I am already pleased with my results!
My overall experience was exceptional. The staff was very personable and bent over backwards to answer all my questions before and after surgery. Dr. Rosenberg's assistant, Kirstin, was extremely attentive and kind. Dr. Rosenberg was extremely professional. He listened to all my concerns and did an outstanding job of meeting all my needs. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!
Liposuction will only remove the fat and will not address the skin. It appears that you probably have some loose skin which could be removed and tightened with tummy tuck. A tummy tuck is somewhat more involved but would probably give you a better result . Discuss this with a board certified plastic surgeon.
This is all normal. The nerves are returning to normal and this usually takes several week to months to recover fully.
Most offices will give a ballpark estimate for the various procedures if you call. Pricing can vary depending on where you live. It will also vary depending on the amount of work that is necesssary to give you the best result. It may also be helpful to include liposuction to various areas. This can all affect the final price. No two people are the same therefore it is very difficult to give an exact price but most offices can give you a rough estimate.
It looks like you are healing well. It is much to early to know if you are developing significant scar tissue. Give it some time (weeks/months) and discuss it with your plastic surgeon. Good Luck!
It looks like you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck and some lipo. Of course this would depend on your medical history, etc. You would need to be seen to determine which variation would be best for you. Good Luck!
