Would Tretinoin prevent them further? Or should I start with Juvederm? How frequently and for how long would I need to take Juvederm? Are there any long term side effects? Thanks.
Answer: I am 32 and have visible nasolabial folds which makes me look older I guess. What should be done? (Photo) Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Based on the image provided you can only improve the contour with the use of a dermal filler, but it is important to be on a good skin care regimen as well. Hope this helps.

Answer: Nasolabial Folds - Treatment Options Hi, I’m Lauren, the aesthetic injector here at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. Filler can be used to add volume or smooth out wrinkles and folds, especially deeper ones like nasolabial folds, like you are referring to. Results can last 6 to 18 months, depending on the product and area. However, it’s always best to consult with a skilled provider who can assess your unique needs and goals. They can recommend a personalized treatment plan just for you.

Answer: Best treatment option for nasolabial folds Based on your photo, I would probably recommend some injectable filler to treat your nasolabial folds. It is possible you might also benefit from some filler in the cheeks, which would add lift and further reduce these creases. I advise you to schedule a consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector who can assess your entire face in person and create a customized treatment plan to meet your needs and goals best.

Answer: Fillers for nasolabial folds Hyaluronic Acid fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Versa) are wonderful fillers for the nasolabial folds. When done properly, they can provide instant gratification too. These fillers tend to last at least a year and if needed will use a small touchup thereafter.Tretinoin is for finer lines and wrinkles. In the photo above, you have more volume loss which will be best treated with volumization via fillers.

Answer: Nasolabial folds Hello and thank you for your question. From your question we can advise here but nothing would compare to a face to face consultation in clinic for an accurate plan of what would work best. A hyaluronic acid based filler like juvederm would be a good treatment for this area and on average you would need 9-12month treatment. Please always seek an experienced and qualified injector. Hope this helps, Best wishes

Answer: Fillers Fillers work well to improve the look of nasolabial folds. They use volume to camouflage the contour irregularities. The treatment is done in the office and the results last up to one year. You can enhance your results with Morpheus8 treatments which stimulate your body's collagen production.
