When I talk, my mouth tends to turn downwards a lot and it looks really strange when people take photos. Is there a fix to this?

Hello Based on the limited photos, you have excessive amount of fillers in the upper lip which is camouflaging your upper teeth and smile line .Lower lips have to be slightly larger than the uppers by a ratio of 60/40. Yours is the opposite.I recommend melting your fillers ( if they are HA) ...

Lip fillers won't permanently change lip color. There can be some swelling and inflammation after lip fillers, which resolves after 1-2 weeks. I hope this helps.

Lip augmentations with fillers would be a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising.  I hope this helps.

This is difficult to answer without photos. Everyone has some asymmetries. I recommend getting a formal consultation. Fillers can be used to improve lip symmetry. I hope this helps.
