I've always hated the way my lips look when I smile. I want it to look perfect. It's hard to describe what they look like so I'll add a photo.

Lip augmentations with fillers would be a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising.

Thank you for your great question and photo. One or more treatment with a dermal filler will help re-contour your lips and add fullness, however fillers can only augment what's already there, not completely reshape the mouth. For a dramatic augmentation, you may need more than one treatment.
