Only 4 of my teeth show when smiling and I don’t know what I can do to fix it? (photo)

tamm2963.    It appears that filler still present in upper lip?  What filler? I do not think lip augmentation is your answer.  Start off by seeing a board certified plastic surgeon for in person consult fo guidance.  Good luck!

Hello Based on the limited photos, you have excessive amount of fillers in the upper lip which is camouflaging your upper teeth and smile line .Lower lips have to be slightly larger than the uppers by a ratio of 60/40. Yours is the opposite.I recommend melting your fillers ( if they are HA) before having a dentist evaluate your occlusion and smile line.Best of luck.Thank you

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Because your pictures are limited in views of your entire face I would seek out opinions from oral and maxillofacial surgeons regarding your jaw and dental position to see if correction would help improve your teeth show.  If not, consideration for a lip lift or similar procedure can be had.  Hope this helps.
