Lower face still hard, swollen, earlobes stuck on and pulling forward. Why is this occurring and what can I do?

Did revision over 2yrs ago with expert to correct numerous damages from 2 prior lifts. Now my lower face is still hard, swollen and swells up every morning or in cold or hot weather. My ears went from pixie ears with scars to elongated, ugly lobes too large for my face when I was expecting round and detached. He said not enough tissue and that it would take 10 years to relax and not enough laxity to improve. I feel like a clown and this is torture. Why is this occuring and what can I do?

See your surgeon or a new surgeon to be examined and discuss your concerns. The swelling is unusual I would be curious to see exactly where the swelling is occurring. Ear deformities can be helped with revision and repositioning the lobule, or sometimes directly reducing the lobule.

When I fix pixie earlobes the lobes can sometimes end up too long. Very simple procedure to reduce earlobes. Of course the surgeon has to know how. The other issues I can’t address without photos
