Why is 1 eye bigger than the other? Why does the eyebrow of the smaller eye sit higher than the other eyebrow? (Photo)

for as long as i can remember my left eye is smaller than my right eye. it's only been the last few years that's it's become really noticeable, especially in pictures or when i'm really tired. i also noticed that my left eyebrow sits higher than the right eyebrow. it looks completely asymmetrical and ugly. please help i don't know what to do. thank you.
