Thank you for your question! Laser resurfacing has essentially replaced Dermabrasion for skin peeling. My only current indication for Dermabrasion is "traumatic tattooing" (eg- road rash with asphalt). I hope this helps!
Yes, you may apply the Noritate first and then your make-up. I agree that a mineral based powder is good. I have also found that a green and yellow tint make-up may also be helpful in neutralizing the red color.
