Is there a correction for slight lip distortion after mole removal? (photos)

I had a mole removed above my lip on the right side in march. I'm glad to not have the mole anymore but since then my lip is less symmetrical, the right side is being pulled upward. Can something be done to stretch the skin and make my lip looks like before the mole removal?

Yes, you could have a minor procedure done to help the tissue on that side. You could also have filler done, by an experienced injector, who could make the asymmetry better, but you'd have to repeat this again and again. However, I really had to study your photo to see how much of a difference there is. And honestly, it's so slight. Unless it reallllly bothers you immensely, I would let it be. Sometimes when you try to correct something, you end up correcting, recorrecting, overcorrecting, and wishing you'd just stuck to the original. Really think about the procedures, and remember that pretty much everyone in the world has asymmetry to their faces. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and

Since the area of the excision has raised the lip on the right side, a minor scar revision to lengthen the retracted tissue can help. See your facial plastic surgeon to discuss these possible techniques.
