If you are considering surgery it would be best to discuss your options with a doctor.  You need to explain to your doctor your goals and expectations. The doctor needs to examine you to give you a better assessment.

You have what appears to be a steeple shaped forehead.  This hairline pattern is typically very amenable to hairline lowering surgery as a one stage procedure without the need for hair transplants to shape the hairline.  About 10 percent of my hairline lowering patients have other procedures at the same time such as rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, etc... or the chin surgery could be done at a later date.

patients, this can be done as a single procedure at an outpatient surgery
center. This will immediately lower one's hairline therefore reducing the
size and shape of your forehead. There is minimal downtime with some swelling and bruising,
but most patients feel comfortable returning to social settings after a few
days (some wear a scarf or hat to hide the sutures until they are removed).
In a good candidate, the results can be quite natural and beautiful.  A chin or jaw augmentation can also be done at the same time so you can recover from both surgeries.   I hope this helps!
