BBL results: It looks wide in the hip but flat on bottom. (photos)

Thanks for the question and photos.First, you are too early to judge your results.  That being said, the bottom of your buttocks will not increase in size over time.  You usually start off larger and sometimes square or without a true shape in the beginning due to the swelling and then the true round shape appears overs time as the swelling resolves.The bottom of your buttocks is still flat while the top is overly large (due to the swelling mentioned above).  As the swelling goes down, i'm sure your buttocks will look more symmetrical, but the bottom will not get rounder and bigger.Best of luck with your recovery.Dr T

You appear to be quite swollen now and will have to give it more time to settle. I doubt your lower buttock region will get wider or appear wider.
