Is it common practice for the stitches to be on the outside of the belly button after a Tummy tuck? (photos)

I'm in the process of scheduling a TT but doing a lot of research. I understand that scarring is something we need to accept but I'm concerned about visable scarring. The last thing I want is to have a TT and still not be able to wear a bikini. I posted pictures cause I'm not sure if that makes a difference in how the belly button is stitched. Thanks for your feedback
