What can be done about chubby lower cheeks around the mouth? I’ve had this my entire life, this is not something new as I’ve aged. I can’t find any information anywhere on the internet about what this is even called let alone how to fix it. Would filler in the upper cheeks lift the lower cheek region at all? Other suggestions?

The area to which you refer are known as the perioral mounds. They are discrete subcutaneous collections of fat that occur at the horizontal level of the mouth. They require site specific microliposuction done through a small incision inside the corners of the mouth. These area is not going to be improved by a buccal lipectomy as that fat collection is located higher up in the cheeks.
