Can a second buccal fat removal be performed if the patient isn’t happy with the results?

Enthusiastica
Hello. So I would like to know if only a small amount was taken out from the bichat fat pad and not a great amount that would make a difference for the patient. Can later on the patient request a revision and have more cc of bichat fat pad taken out? (If not all of it was taken out and also not a good amount was taken out). Is it possible? Like for example, in a breast lift if the patient isn’t happy with the final result they can get a retouch surgery without pain the surgery price again.
