Buccal fat excision can be done comfortably, awake, under local anesthesia in under an hour. The results are long lasting and the recover is quick. I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper evaluation.

Based on your facial frame, I do not see much reason for any of these interventions? If you would like to decrease volume and projection in areas marked on your photos, only buccal fat removal can help it although I am not convinced that you need it. If your buccal fat pads are normal size, or only somewhat larger, then reducing them can only provide  a subtle improvement of the bulging of the inner cheek.Similarly, when the thickness of the subcutaneous fat is normal, reducing this cannot provide a major change of contour. In your situation I would suggest having the buccal fat reduced and assess the result when the swelling has completely gone, around 2 months. If insufficient for your needs it means you would need to go to the next optional procedure.I would recommend you consider cheekbone augmentation, but not with fillers, because they are temporary. If your doctor is familiar with hydroxyapatite granules for augmentation,  this would be the way to go. Unfortunately most surgeons are not familiar with this and would use cheek implants, but I am concerned the surgery it more involved than you want and the change  would be too dramatic for your lovely face, which would easily be glamourised with subtle changes.
