Can this combo slim and lengthen my face?: chin implant, buccal fat removal, chin/neck lipo, and more... cont'd below.

Full combo details: cheek implants, triangle chin implant with Botox to masseter, buccal fat removal, perioral mound lipo, and chin lipo.Will this improve the shape of my face? I absolutely hate the chubbiness and roundness of my face. My cheeks and jaw kind of met into each other and I have absolutely no jawline definition and I have weird jaw angles. I know a lengthening and narrowing genioplasty with slight jaw augmentation would be best, but due to a health problem my doc has only approved of procedure that can be done under local. Can the procedures mentioned above give me any kind of improvement to my face and make it bless short/chubby/undefined?
