Underwent bichectomy 7 months ago; the surgeon only removed a couple of CCs of fat from the fat pads. Although the results are slightly noticeable, I’d like a hollower appearance. Would a repeat bichectomy with full removal of the fat pads be problematic? Worried about scar tissue build up from prior procedure and increased risk of adverse outcomes. Thank you in advanced.
