7 months status post incomplete bichectomy and would like hollower results; would a repeat bichectomy be advised? (photo)

Generally is possible to undergo completion buccal fat removal ( bichectomy ) if somebody underwent partial buccal fat removal. In order to achieve a hollowed cheek appearance with buccal fat removal, the patient must have a normal or low normal BMI ( weight for height). If the patient is overheat, it is very unlikely that he/she would get a hollowed cheek look.

If you are not happy with the results of the Bichectomy, you probably need facial liposuction, including cheeks, neck, and jaw. Please, consult a certified plastic surgeon for an in-person exam. The unknown question is what amount of the buccal fat pad remains, if any, and would it be worth the effort. There is no way to determine that short of getting an MRI. You would probably benefit by perioral liposuction which treats the lower half of the cheeks, is where the buccal fat pad does not extend and was not done initially. If you are ti undergo that procedure then the buccal fat pads can be explored, and even if that is not productive, you sill have the benefit of the lower cheek liposuction effects.
