Will cavitation and endermologie help with fibrosis and fat acumulated around belly button and lower abdomen after lipo? (Photo)

I had liposuction done 5 weeks ago and developed some fibrosis and have some fat around my lower abdomen and belly buton area. I was told by my massage lady that cavitation, endermologie and radio frequency will help... Is this true, should i invest in this?
