Inner thigh pain and sore marble sized lump 6 months after lipo.

I had liposuction in inner thighs to have it transferred to my butt. Its been 6 months and my inner thighs above the knee about halfway up to my groin is still very sore. Today I noticed & felt a very sore marble sized ball there... is this normal to be 6 months post op ? It really scares me. Its not bruised or swollen anymore. Just painful.
