Is my butt smaller after BBL? I'm 3 months post op. (photos)

I would ask how much fat was transferred per buttock.  This will give you an idea.  Comparing before and after pictures can be helpful as well. Discuss your disappointment with the surgeon who performed your BBL and see what type of revision he or she suggests.The results immediately following surgery will be the largest due to swelling and lack of fat resorption.  The buttock will continue to decrease in size for the first few weeks.  At about 6 weeks the results are permanent.  What you see is what you get.  If you want a revision to go larger, find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these a year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Thank you for your question and photos. If you gained 20 pounds for the surgery, losing the weight after the surgery will affect your results. Have you lost weight?
It looks to me like you got a great result. Keep in mind that fat cells expand and contract with weight gain and loss. It is expected that the fat cells in their new "home" respond the same way.
