16 days post BBL! Went to a party got drunk and danced shaked my butt a lot! I'm super sore could I have I ruined my results?

The critical time for healing of the liposuctioned areas and the transferred fat is the first six weeks. Once the initial resorption phase occurs during the first 4 to 6 weeks, the results are permanent.   I do not recommend anything strenuous for that first 6 weeks. Swelling in the areas of liposuction takes 6-8 weeks minimum to go down but 6 months to a year to be fully resolved.  This one night should not have ruined your results.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

I doubt that you ruined your result, but I would avoid undue activity and certainly a lot of drinking during the first several weeks after surgery.
