Why do my butt implants flatten when I walk? (Photos)

This is an unusual problem/concern and difficult to appreciate and/or evaluate based upon photos. The real questions to be answered are, A. are your implants intramuscular or on top of the muscle or “subfascial”, B. what is the shape of your implants and C. are your implants made of silicone rubber or silicone gel? Great posted photos. The "flattening" effect is the implants are under the muscle and with walking the gluteal muscle contract thus causing the buttock implants to appear flatter. It’s pretty rare somebody gets gluteal augmentation without any complaints or issues with the outcome whatsoever. it’s simply rare for somebody to be 100% content with the outcome of the procedure.
Most plastic surgeons don’t offer gluteal augmentation with implants because the complication and side effects are too great.
Follow up with your provider and discuss with him or her.
