This is an unusual problem/concern and difficult to appreciate and/or evaluate based upon photos. The real questions to be answered are, A. are your implants intramuscular or on top of the muscle or “subfascial”, B. what is the shape of your implants and C. are your implants made of silicone rubber or silicone gel? Glad to be of help.
Great posted photos. The "flattening" effect is the implants are under the muscle and with walking the gluteal muscle contract thus causing the buttock implants to appear flatter. You need to remove the implants, it look a they are place in the wrong plane, the fat transfer won’t help with that
Gluteal implants should not have an affect on gastrointestinal function. Typically intramuscular implants do not move around very much. I suggest you follow up with your provider. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
Sorry to hear of your misfortune with the BBL infection. I would need to know more details before properly replying to your inquiry. I am assuming that the current plan is to place a permanent buttock implant after the tissue expanders have done their job and are removed. You may want to...
